Bynet respects and is concerned with the privacy of its users; therefore, we process your personal data in accordance with the current General Data Protection Regulation - GDPR.

Bynet reserves the right to update or modify its Privacy Policy at any time, in particular, in order to adapt it to legislative changes.

Bynet collects user data, through contact forms, for legitimate reasons. The data can include the name and email. In the case of contractual processes, it collects the data required by law for the preparation of the same and the processing of invoices.

The data collected are intended for communication with users, processing of requests for information and preparation of service contracts.

Their use for direct marketing actions is subject to prior consent by the subject of the data.

Collaborators of Bynet have access to the data, if and only when they need this access to provide the agreed service.
